From DIY to AI: OtoCo invites you to our public beta of Genco

Summer Update

July and August marked OtoCo’s Summer of AI, with the launch late July of the first by-invitation-only version of Genco.

Genco is much more than a mere conversational AI, answering questions about how to get started in business as a freelancer or builder—though it does that too with astonishing accuracy!

Rather, we built Genco as a genuine next hire: An agentic AI who works on your behalf, managing everything from business formation to filings, payments, and beyond, so you do no longer have to do it yourself.

What can Genco do for you?

Here is some work Genco currently does for our users, in addition to answering all their business questions:

1. Form an LLC in the U.S. in seconds

Simply instruct Genco to form a Delaware or Wyoming Series LLC for you and you will get a workable company in seconds.

You can always decide to convert your Series into a standalone entity if you wish to register it with DE or WY state.

Coming Soon - Genco will handle full LLC registration for you—completed in just 24 hours.

2. Bring Your Own Entity (BYOE)

This was one of users' most requested features—so we built it!

For an initial $19, anyone with an existing Delaware or Wyoming LLC can now plug into OtoCo and let Genco manage their company.

This unlocks a whole new segment of users who already formed their LLC but want OtoCo as their operating layer. And this is just the start—we’re expanding to more jurisdictions soon!

3. Further build out your LLC

Once Genco got you incorporated, you can:

• Get an Entity Identification Number so your LLC can access services such as banking, payroll etc.
• Add a virtual mailing address with PDF mail scan.

4. Use Genco as your crypto business banker

One functionality we are particularly excited about—and which we wished existed for our own projects!—is Genco’s ability to operate on wallets, by:

• Handling crypto payments from various company wallets
• Managing company treasury in DeFi (staking, swapping, voting, etc.)
• Labeling crypto payments (e.g. to contractors, vendors, collaborators)

As the world increasingly moves to stables, Genco’s ability to operate on wallets effectively opens the potential to fundamentally change business banking as we know it.
