What began as a small experiment for onchain builders has grown into something much bigger.

Today, thousands of companies have been formed through OtoCo. Founders, builders, freelancers, DAOs, AI agents, and crypto-native teams around the world are running real, legal businesses with us — forming US entities in one click, requesting EINs from the dashboard, and opening bank accounts all using our self-serve dashboard or Genco AI.

Along the way, we’ve learned a lot.

A fresh landing page

We redesigned our front door too.

The new homepage tells the OtoCo story faster and more clearly — what we do, who it’s for, and how quickly you can go from wallet to company.

You’ll also see a new X Hall of Fame, highlighting builders and teams forming real companies onchain with OtoCo and sharing their wins. Community has always been the proof — now it’s front and center.

Since last August's launch of Genco, our "always available, ever affable, eminently affordable" corporate AI agent, hundreds of you have used it to handle admin — entity creation, filings, busywork — so you can focus on actually building.

We’re bringing Genco natively into OtoCo over the coming weeks.

Think Cursor — but once prompted instead of writing code, it acts on your company.

From the same page, you’ll be able to ask Genco to:
