September + October 2025 - OtoCo Updates

We’re excited to share updates from September and October—months filled with important progress and new features that bring us closer to our vision. Together, we’re evolving OtoCo from a company formation platform into a smart, AI-powered partner that handles the heavy lifting so you can focus on growing your business.

From Genco becoming a trusted assistant, to seamless banking integrations with Mercury and expanded offerings like trusts and compliance solutions, these months have been pivotal for what’s next.

Genco lets you access OtoCo's services in a whole new way, using agentic AI to perform actions on your companies and do the stuff you don't want to be doing.

Recap: Meet Genco

As many of you will be reading this letter for the first time, here is a quick recap of what we're doing at OtoCo:

OtoCo is the development company of Genco, the world's first AI corporate agent built specifically for founders and freelancers to look after all their business affairs, from creating a new entity to opening a bank account, and much more.

Not only can you converse with Genco about anything business-related, you can interrogate and instruct Genco - like you would a human! - to look after your companies and perform actions on its wallets.

In September + October

Genco Updates: Genco is quickly becoming the go-to for anyone figuring out where and how to set up their business. Users are having Genco pick the right jurisdiction, get their entity live, and then order everything else they need—like tax IDs or filings—just by asking.

It’s been incredible for us to see founders simply instruct Genco and delegate the entire process handled, like they would to a trained human!

Mercury Integration: Taking our partnership further, Genco is now fully trained to open Mercury bank accounts for any US entity created with OtoCo. This hands-off, fully automated onboarding means minimal manual steps for you. Just tell Genco to open a Mercury account, and it’s done.

Platform Improvements: Both Genco and the classic OtoCo dashboard got a major facelift this period. We improved the UI and branding assets, and added one-click payments across the platform for smoother transactions.
Introducing Trusts: OtoCo is bringing what was once reserved for the ultra-wealthy within everybody’s reach. Thanks to Genco, our specialized AI, you can now plan like the 1% without spending big coin. This is a pilot program currently available for select individuals. Payments Migration: We completed our migration to Stripe for all payments—crypto (USDC) and fiat/card alike. Subscriptions and one-time payments now flow through a single platform, making billing simpler and more reliable.

Payments incl. subscriptions in both crypto (USDC) and fiat/card will now be smoother.

Cooking in November

Pricing Update & Migration: Many users told us $49/year was too low for the value OtoCo provides. So starting soon, pricing for Delaware, Wyoming, and Swiss Association entities will increase.

If you're a current user, you will have received migration instructions by separate email.

For those thinking about starting or adding an entity, you have until Monday, November 10th, 2025, at 10am PST to lock in the current low pricing for your first year. After that, new pricing applies.

Create a New Entity

Compliance Package: Ahead of year-end and tax season, we’re building an entity compliance package. Genco will handle the initial process and bring in a tax professional when needed. Stay tuned.
Genco + OtoCo Improvements: You’ll notice continued improvements across both apps, including faster sign-ins and a fully launched mobile version of Genco.

Remember to create an entity before Monday, November 10th, 2025, at 10am PST to lock in current pricing before prices go up.
