How it works:

• You only enter information Genco doesn’t already have
• Entity details are auto-filled (name, date, jurisdiction, ownership)
• A timestamped PDF is generated and saved to your entity account

Forms are currently priced individually. As the library expands, we’re exploring a subscription option.

2. Tax Filing — NEW!

As tax season approaches, we’re launching Genco’s tax filing experience for OtoCo Users.

Built for:

• Foreign founders with U.S. LLCs
• Teams operating entirely outside the U.S.
