OTOCO’S VISION
Since we founded OtoCo, our vision has not changed: put companies onchain.
Essentially, we do for companies what stablecoins do for fiat: bypassing the legacy layer to set companies free from slow, parochial and expensive analog processes.
But stablecoins are just a subset of real world asset tokenization: Companies hold an estimated 85% of the world’s value, so bringing real-world assets onchain means bringing the companies that hold such assets onchain!
Doing so would mean anyone from anywhere - including AI! - can build, invest, or otherwise participate as an economic agent and add to human ingenuity.
That’s what continues to drive us as a team.

- Launching OtoCo Intelligence, your AI-powered corporate agent capable of generating documents, handling compliance, perform maintenance tasks, and more—all via a simple prompt.
- Integrating more powerful plugins and additional tools, enabling richer interactions and enhanced functionality.
- Letting users upload their legacy companies so their ownership is hashed on blockchain and can be transferred peer-to-peer.
